As we expand our portfolio of large-scale volunteering events, employee engagement activations, and flagship client experiences, we're looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to own execution of our most strategic events across the United States.

Role Overview

The Event Production Manager owns end-to-end execution of Goodera's large, critical and high-visibility events in the US.

This is a hands-on execution role responsible for ensuring every event is planned, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard. You will serve as the execution lead for assigned events, working closely with clients, venues, nonprofit partners, hosts, logistics providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.You will be the ultimate owner of event readiness, event-day execution, and post-event closure.

What You'll Do

  • Event Ownership & Readiness

    • Own execution of assigned events from kickoff through post-event closure.

    • Build and manage detailed event plans, readiness trackers, timelines, and team workbacks.

    • Drive completion of all event milestones and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.

    • Own the Large Event Execution Checklist and ensure every event meets Goodera's operating standards.

    • Conduct readiness reviews & dry runs to identify and mitigate risks before event day.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Be the primary execution point of contact for clients during the planning and delivery phase.

    • Coordinate closely with client teams, venues, agencies, nonprofit partners & vendors.

    • Lead event readiness reviews, planning calls, and execution meetings leading up to launch.

  • Host Enablement & Experience Delivery

    • Partner closely with hosts to ensure complete preparedness to deliver a high-quality volunteer experience.

    • Ensure hosts have the required event context, activity knowledge, materials, run-of-show, and escalation guidance.

    • Support hosts before and during events to ensure consistent execution and participant experience.

  • Logistics, Materials & Operations

    • Own all on-site event logistics, including material planning, shipping, inventory tracking, venue deliveries, and on-site setup.

    • Work closely with the internal logistics team and shipping partners to ensure materials arrive accurately, completely, and on schedule.

    • Coordinate pre-event shipment tracking, packing / unpacking, post-event shipment, and delivery confirmations.

  • Site Recce & On-Site Leadership

    • Conduct site recce visits and walkthroughs to validate layouts, attendee flow, setup requirements, loading access, storage needs, and operational risks.

    • Lead on-site execution for large and high-visibility events across the US.

    • Act as the command center during live events, coordinating all stakeholders and execution workstreams.

    • Manage event flow, volunteer movement, setup, breakdown, staffing, issue resolution, and escalation management.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Conduct post-event reviews and identify opportunities to improve execution quality and efficiency.

    • Strengthen event playbooks, checklists, operational processes, and readiness frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, employee engagement programs, conferences, experiential activations, volunteer events, or community engagement events for enterprise clients.

  • Strong project management and operational planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience managing logistics, shipping, material deployment, vendor coordination, and venue operations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise clients.

  • Ability to operate independently, solve problems quickly, and make decisions in fast-moving environments.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Compensation

Expected total compensation ranges from USD $80,000–$95,000, depending on experience and location.
