Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers.
Update and manage the central event tracker by working with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric).
Maintain client context information and relay event-related details to the Experience team for smooth planning and execution.
Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of
event materials.
Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) to enable hosts to deliver engaging events.
Review and quality-check final event materials such as presentations and “Know Before You Go” (KBYG) documents to ensure excellence.
Act as the liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teams—resolving last-mile issues related to shipments, collaterals, or other event requirements.
• A relevant Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree
• Up to 4 years of full-time work experience
• Passion for social impact and belief in the impact that can be delivered by purpose-led engagement of the workforce
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator who can coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and internal tools to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Bias for action, high energy, perseverance, low ego and boundaryless behaviour to propel the team and organization forward.
