As an Associate in Client Engagement, you won’t just be answering emails or maintaining client accounts. You will be managing relationships that drive global movements.
We are looking for someone with a combination of business acumen, analytical sharpness, and a genuine hunger for social impact. You will partner with volunteering champions at Fortune 500 companies worldwide, helping them realize their CSR goals, pitching innovative programs to maximize accounts, and ensuring our global corporate partnerships thrive for the long haul.
The Trusted Advisor: Communicate directly with global clients to decode their volunteering goals, build deep corporate trust, and maintain stellar relationships.
Client Interventions: Assist in organizing and executing high-level client interventions, including workshops, creative proposals, and strategic presentations.
From Idea to Impact: Take full ownership of client campaigns from initiation to completion. You will ensure complex global projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with community needs.
Internal Synergy: Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating tightly with our operations and category teams to execute flawless experiences.
Scale the Revenue: Meet (and confidently exceed) account expansion targets within your designated business pod by introducing clients to fresh, high-impact programs.
Minimize Churn: Proactively flag delivery risks and construct proactive solutions to keep client retention near perfect.
The Background: A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in managing projects or building client relationships (Exposure to a consulting setup or Social Impact Consulting is desired).
The Articulation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can pitch complex ideas simply and naturally command a room.
The Analytical Edge: Strong logical and data-driven capabilities to review campaign performance and identify operational gaps.
