As we scale our volunteering events, kits, and flagship client experiences across the United States, we're looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager based in Dallas to own procurement, kitting, warehousing, shipping, and on-the-ground logistics that keep every event delivery running flawlessly.

Role Overview

The Operations & Logistics Manager owns the physical supply chain behind Goodera's US events - from sourcing and assembling custom kits to warehousing, quality control, shipping, and returns.

This is a hands-on operational role based in Dallas. You will manage local procurement and a storage facility, coordinate closely with the Dallas warehouse and our India logistics team, build and negotiate with a US vendor base, and travel to large events to oversee setup and delivery. You will be the ultimate owner of inventory accuracy, kit quality, and the end-to-end logistics that ensure materials arrive complete, on time, and to standard.

What You'll Do

Procurement, Kitting & Custom Prints

  • Manage local procurement, assemble custom kits, and perform quality control (QC) before client dispatch.

  • Handle packing and shipping of finished kits to clients.

  • Manage client-specific custom prints for volunteer events as required.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Manage a local storage facility and coordinate with the Dallas warehouse.

  • Visit the warehouse at least twice a week to ensure SOP compliance and assist with packing and QC for partially custom kits.

  • Track all inventory and future orders, raising alerts proactively for potential out-of-stock items.

Vendor Management

  • Maintain and expand the US vendor base.

  • Negotiate with vendors on Goodera's behalf to secure quality, cost, and reliability.

Logistics, QC & Training

  • Perform QC on all inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Train 3PL staff on kitting processes and standards.

  • Coordinate closely with the India logistics team to align on planning and execution.

Event Production & On-site Support

  • Support production and procurement for GTM events, including marketing collaterals such as standees, prints, trade booths, and AV requirements.

  • Travel to large events to oversee delivery and ensure optimal setup.

Returns & Refurbishment

  • Manage return shipments from event locations.

  • Perform QC on leftover kits, replenish missing items, and update inventory records accordingly.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse management, ideally supporting events, fulfillment, or kitting operations.

  • Hands-on experience with procurement, vendor negotiation, inventory control, and quality control.

  • Familiarity with 3PL coordination, shipping logistics, and warehouse SOPs.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail across high-volume, time-sensitive deliverables.

  • Ability to operate independently, solve problems quickly, and make decisions in fast-moving environments.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working across distributed teams and time zones.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, with the ability to be on-site at the warehouse multiple times per week and to travel to events across the United States.

Compensation

Expected total compensation ranges from USD $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience and location.
