We are opening a new warehouse in Bangalore that will handle all logistics - procurement, storage, inventory management, packing, quality checks, and shipping - for both our Global and India business units. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to set up and run this facility end to end.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor runs the complete day-to-day operations of our new Bangalore warehouse and leads its staff.

You will be responsible for everything that moves in and out of the warehouse: receiving goods, storing them, managing stock, assembling and packing kits, checking quality, and shipping on time to clients in India and around the world. You will manage the team, plan shifts, and make sure every order goes out correctly and on schedule.

Note - This is a 6 day working role

What You'll Do

• Run the Warehouse

  • Manage all daily warehouse operations from start to finish.

  • Follow dispatch schedules and make sure every shipment goes out on time.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized.

• Lead the Team

  • Manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.

  • Plan shift schedules and manage manpower so work is always covered.

  • Train staff on packing, quality checks, and warehouse processes.

• Manage Stock & Procurement

  • Handle procurement of materials and supplies.

  • Track all inventory coming in and going out, and keep records accurate.

  • Raise alerts early when stock is running low.

• Packing, Quality & Shipping

  • Assemble and pack custom kits with the right mix of products for each order.

  • Carry out quality checks (QC) on all incoming and outgoing goods, keeping standards high.

  • Ship orders to clients across India and globally, correctly and on time.

What We're Looking For

• 6-8 years of experience managing warehouse operations.

• Available to work 6 days a week

• Experience handling a wide range of products or custom kits, where the mix of items changes from order to order.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a warehouse team, including shift planning and manpower management.

• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and on-time dispatch.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment.

• Comfortable working on-site at the Bangalore warehouse full time.
