End-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion
Curated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities
Program planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations
Hosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience
Impact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes
As we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.
Own the strategy, development, and growth of key volunteering categories (e.g., in-office, kiosk, etc.) at Goodera. This role focuses on strengthening existing offerings, with a strong emphasis on top-of-funnel demand generation, offering design, and commercialization. You will be responsible for identifying what to build, how to build it, and how to take it to market effectively. This role sits at the intersection of category strategy, product marketing, and business ownership, ensuring offerings are scalable, differentiated, and drive revenue.
Category Ownership & P&L Management
Own end-to-end performance of multiple volunteering offerings, including revenue, margins, and scalability
Define pricing, cost structures, and unit economics to ensure commercial viability and profitability
Track SKU-wise performance metrics and drive continuous optimization of revenue and margins
Identify opportunities to expand, refine, or sunset offerings based on business impact
Product Marketing & GTM Enablement
Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling for each offering to ensure they are differentiated, scalable, and aligned with client needs
Develop sales enablement materials (decks, brochures, case studies, pitch narratives)
Partner with GTM teams to drive demand generation and successful deal conversion
Ensure clear articulation of value proposition, impact, and differentiation
Process Definition & Playbook Development
Define and institutionalize the category launch process: stage gates from market validation → offering definition → pilot → operational readiness → GTM launch, with clear criteria
Co-create the activity development process with the Experience Design team: how new activities move from concept → design → pilot → blockbuster promotion, including success criteria and pilot protocols
Build the offering brief template and standards that govern what "definition-complete" means for every category × format combination
Document these as reusable playbooks so new category launches don't reinvent the process
Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with Experience, Partnerships, and GTM teams to bring offerings to life
Ensure alignment between category strategy, execution, and customer experience
Drive execution across teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, category management or Founder / Co-founder experience in 0 to 1 environments
Experience owning or contributing to P&L, pricing, or revenue-driven initiatives
Strong storytelling and communication skills, especially for sales and marketing contexts
Ability to work across teams and influence without authority
Owner mindset: comfortable owning outcomes, including revenue and profitability
Strategic + execution-oriented: can think big and also drive day-to-day progress
Strong commercial acumen: understands pricing, margins, and what drives growth
Customer-centric thinker: deeply understands what clients value and why
