In 2025 alone, we facilitated 10,000+ experiences engaging over 500,000 employees worldwide. With consistent 100% YoY growth and profitability since April 2024, Goodera is backed by leading investors including Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, Omidyar Network, Zoom Ventures, xto10x, and Ursula Burns.

Goodera enables end-to-end employee engagement programs, with a core focus on corporate volunteering. We help organizations design and deliver meaningful experiences that drive both employee engagement and social impact.

What we do:

  • End-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion

  • Curated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities

  • Program planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations

  • Hosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience

  • Impact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes

As we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.

Role Overview

We're seeking someone obsessed with crafting volunteering experiences so good that clients ask for them by name. Goodera will host ~10,000 events in 2026, enabling over 500K volunteers. In this role you own what those volunteers feel in your event unit: from the moment they receive an invite, to the unboxing of a kit, to the impact story that arrives a week later.

You'll own one unit of Goodera's in-person events end to end, and your goal is to make it an 11/10. You'll partner with the Category team (who define what we sell and why) and set the standards that our host, partnerships, and fulfillment teams execute against.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Unit Experience

    • Craft the end-to-end participant journey for every experience in your unit: pre-event communication, arrival, event flow and emotional arc, run-of-show, host scripts, and post-event impact storytelling

    • Create 2-3 signature touchpoints per experience that are distinctly Goodera — moments volunteers couldn't get anywhere else

    • Design ED packs (props, giveaways, and on-site touches) that lift the experience without breaking the budget

    • Pilot, test, and iterate improvements against defined success criteria; contribute experience feasibility input to the Category team's offering briefs

  • Materials, Kits & Packaging

    • Own material quality for your unit: set specs, review samples, and catch issues before they reach an event

    • Define the kit and box packaging standards, including the unboxing experience, for the fulfillment team to deliver

    • Brief the Visual Designer on kit, packaging, and in-event design needs

  • Host Enablement & In-Event Content

    • Build host enablement for your unit: SOPs, training docs, checklists, and run-of-show guides so events deliver consistently regardless of host or geography

    • Define host capability requirements and quality rubrics that the host hiring and training teams execute against

    • Own in-event content: standard decks, activity guides, and impact communication

  • Feedback & Quality

    • Track volunteer and champion feedback for your unit, with NPS as the north-star metric

    • Own the feedback loop: post-event data, host debriefs, event audits, and client insights feeding changes to the experience

    • Keep your unit's materials current in the Material Hub

About you

  • 3-6 years designing and delivering physical or hybrid experiences, e.g. event management, hosting or facilitation, community management, corporate gifting, hospitality, or experiential marketing

  • Demonstrated craft in experience creation: journey mapping, content and script development, or event design

  • Has turned a one-off experience into something others can deliver: SOPs, training, and checklists

  • Hands-on with physical materials: kits, props, packaging, and vendors

  • Obsessive about quality and customer experience

  • Strong creative and storytelling instincts paired with operational rigor - this role lives in both worlds
