End-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion
Curated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities
Program planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations
Hosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience
Impact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes
As we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.
Role Overview
Category at Goodera creates the offerings that define what Goodera sells, from in-office volunteering to skills-based programs to family volunteering experiences. This role is the bridge between what Category builds and what Sales wins. As Solutions Consultant, you'll own how Goodera's offerings show up in front of prospects and clients: the pitch narratives, the solution design for strategic deals, and the enablement that makes every seller fluent in our catalog. You'll join high-stakes pitches for Fortune 500 prospects, translate ambiguous client needs into concrete Goodera solutions, and carry what you hear in the market back into how we build and refine offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Solutioning & Strategic Pitches
Design tailored solutions for strategic prospects and key accounts by mapping client needs (causes, geographies, formats, volumes, budgets) to the right combination of Goodera offerings
Build new special catalogs as demand emerges (industry verticals, cause-based themes, seasonal campaigns like giving season, format-specific showcases), working with the team on which verticals to prioritize
Build creative pitch narratives and decks for high-stakes deals, and join sales teams in delivering them to senior CSR, HR, and social impact leaders
Develop a deep command of Goodera's capacity and capabilities – what we can deliver, where, at what scale – so pitches are ambitious but never overpromise
Own the pitch narrative for strategic deals; partner with the broader Category team to validate any non-standard scope, pricing, or delivery commitments
Sales Enablement & Offering Collateral
Build and maintain the client-ready collateral library such as, offering pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, impact stats, activity explainers that customer-facing teams can pull without custom work
Design and run the enablement program for new offering launches: training modules and launch briefings for Sales and Customer Success teams
Measure and improve collateral adoption – track what teams actually use, retire what they don't, and fill the gaps they're improvising around
Content & Narrative Development
Develop marketing content for Goodera's offerings across channels like website offering pages, one-pagers, campaign content, case studies based on input provided by function head
Keep offering content fresh and consistent – flag outdated claims, stale stats, and messaging drift across website, decks, and collateral
Partner with brand/marketing on website updates and campaign execution
Market Intelligence (Sales → Category)
Systematically capture and synthesize signal from pitches: recurring objections, unmet demand, competitor mentions, and confusion points in our offerings
Feed structured insights into Category's offering development, blockbuster selection, and positioning decisions – you are the team's ears in the market
About you
2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategic client-facing roles
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills – you can build a compelling narrative in a deck and deliver it live to a global executive audience
Quick on your feet: able to pivot mid-pitch as client needs surface, without overcommitting the business
Fluent (or eager to become fluent) in the corporate social impact domain – CSR, ESG, employee volunteering, SDGs, and what social impact leaders care about
Strong organizational and independent time management skills; comfortable juggling live deals, enablement calendars, and content pipelines simultaneously
Self-motivated learner who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Passion for social causes; experience in volunteer management, event planning, or community engagement is a plus
Willing to work hours overlapping with US business hours
