About the Role

Goodera is looking for a Senior Manager – Sourcing & Fulfillment Operations to own sourcing and fulfillment operations across the US.

This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring that materials required for Goodera’s volunteering experiences are sourced, packed and delivered accurately and on time, while managing our warehouse, sourcing and fulfillment partners.

What You’ll Own

Fulfillment Operations

• Own the day-to-day operating relationship with Goodera’s warehouse and fulfillment partner, ensuring materials are received, stored, packed and dispatched accurately and on schedule.

• Drive planning, operating cadence, performance reviews, issue resolution and adherence to agreed SOPs and service levels.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Manage Goodera’s network of sourcing partners across pricing, availability, quality, lead times and delivery schedules.

• Build supplier resilience by identifying alternatives where required and resolving sourcing, quality or availability issues quickly.

Large Event Fulfillment

• Be the primary fulfillment point person for large, complex and high-priority customer events.

• Work backwards from event dates to ensure sourcing, inventory, packing and dispatch milestones are met.

• Coordinate closely with program and customer-facing teams to identify and address fulfillment risks early.

Inventory & Planning

• Maintain visibility into inventory levels, upcoming demand and replenishment requirements.

• Conduct periodic planning with warehouse and internal teams to ensure sufficient stock for upcoming programs.

Operational Control & Governance

• Establish and track clear operating metrics across sourcing, inventory, warehouse operations and fulfillment.

• Monitor performance against SLAs and drive corrective actions for recurring issues or process gaps.

Process Improvement

• Continuously improve sourcing, packing, fulfillment and inventory processes.

• Build practical SOPs and checklists that improve reliability, turnaround time and cost efficiency.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience across supply chain, sourcing, procurement, fulfillment or logistics operations.

• Experience managing warehouse/3PL and sourcing partners.

• Strong vendor management and operational problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requirements simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership and follow-through.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience in kitting, event fulfillment, promotional merchandise, e-commerce fulfillment or distributed B2B operations would be valuable.
