What we do:
End-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion
Curated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities
Program planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations
Hosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience
Impact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer/Visual Designer who can translate Goodera’s offering narratives into compelling, consistent, and production-ready design across end-user, customer, sales, and marketing touchpoints.
From offering identities and experience kits to pitch decks, brochures, landing pages, and campaign assets, you will shape how Goodera’s offerings are experienced, understood, and presented. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with ownership of a defined project pipeline, from initial concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Offering Design
Develop visual identities for new and existing offerings.
Define the visual language, design direction, and core assets for each offering.
Create product mock-ups and visualisations that clearly communicate the offering experience.
Ensure visual consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
Kit and Packaging Design
Design activity kits, labels, inserts, shipping boxes, and packaging systems
Create thoughtful and intuitive unboxing experiences
Design end-user instructions, host materials, activity guides, and supporting assets
Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and production-ready
Sales and Marketing Collateral
Design high-quality communication and enablement materials, including:
Offering and pitch decks
One-pagers and brochures
Sales enablement collateral
Catalogues
Landing pages
Campaign and experience-design assets
Design Systems
Create reusable templates, components, icon libraries, and visual systems.
Build scalable formats that improve speed, consistency, and quality across projects.
Maintain organised and accessible source files and asset libraries.
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise recurring design requirements.
About you
6+ years of experience in visual communication, brand identity, packaging, or graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Figma, Google Slides and Google Docs. Adobe InDesign is a plus
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual craft across print and digital formats
Strong typography, layout, information design, and visual storytelling skills
Experience designing visual identities, packaging, presentations, brochures, landing pages, and marketing collateral
Ability to translate strategic and written briefs into clear, compelling visual solutions
Working knowledge of print production, packaging specifications, and vendor-ready artwork
Ability to independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
High attention to detail and strong ownership from brief to final delivery
Are a strong visual thinker and an equally strong executor
Can move comfortably between identities, packaging, decks, and digital assets
Balance creative ambition with speed, consistency, and production realities
