Position Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven AI Project Manager to join our ambitious team at GreyLabs AI. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects for large BFSI and Fintech clients. This includes client coordination, managing cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product), and driving projects from Proof of Concept to production.

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and communicate comprehensive project plans aligned with client goals and GreyLabs AI's standards.

• Track project tasks diligently, assign responsibilities, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.

• Manage project timelines and hold internal and external teams accountable for deliverables.

• Monitor deliverable quality and enforce adherence to our standard processes.

• Effectively prioritise tasks and manage evolving priorities to meet project objectives.

• Maintain up-to-date project status reports to drive clarity and transparency across all milestones.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in project or program management

• Experience working in B2B SaaS, AI, or BFSI environments

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to handle complex client implementations

• Excellent communication and execution skills.

• Structured thinking and attention to detail

• Comfort working with multiple teams and tracking execution

• Curiosity to learn AI workflows, prompts, and client delivery
