Growfin is a Accounts receivable software purpose-built for streamlining and automating your receivables process across teams, collaboratively. We cater to a diverse range of mid-market & enterprise customers spanning across multiple regions. We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in delivering successful implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with internal teams.

Location - Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end implementation of SaaS-based Growfin platform, including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, and training, ensuring smooth integration of our AR automation product with the customer's ERP and invoicing tools

  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively and lead implementations to ensure successful, on- time delivery and support customer goals across regions (willingness to work in the US)

  • Coordinate with the customer team to gather requirements, develop workplans, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.

  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert of the Invoice-to-Cash process, including collection management, cash application & AR Automation.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams for customer needs, applications, and long-term plans

  • Act as a customer advocate within Growfin for issue resolution, functionality prioritization, and feature enhancements till the Hypercare is complete

  • Manage business process mapping, process reengineering, gap analysis, and recommend process optimization opportunities.

  • Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high-level implementation plans.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in product implementation and service delivery, preferably in a high- integration environment.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in both agile and waterfall models.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficient in customer engagement and relationship management

  • Process-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and documentation.

  • Experience and familiarity with REST APIs, including their implementation and usage

  • Experience with ERP and invoicing tools integration is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

  • Extensive experience in handling international customers and willingness to work in shifts.
