Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Growfin and take ownership of key product areas. In this role, you’ll drive features end to end—from identifying customer problems to launching impactful solutions.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to build products that finance teams love and rely on daily.

What You’ll Do

Customer & Problem Discovery

• Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs

• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify high-impact problems

• Translate finance-user challenges into clear product opportunities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Own features and modules that improve finance workflows and automation

• Define product requirements, write clear PRDs, and prioritize work based on impact and effort

• Drive execution from concept → development → launch → iteration

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with engineering and design to build scalable, user-friendly solutions

• Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to support launches and adoption

• Act as the product voice across internal and external stakeholders

Data-driven Decision Making

• Track feature adoption, usage metrics, and customer outcomes

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and improve product experiences

• Measure success through customer impact and business outcomes

Roadmap Ownership

• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals

• Balance short-term wins with long-term product strategy

• Clearly communicate priorities, trade-offs, and timelines

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or tech company

• Strong experience owning workflow-driven or automation-heavy products

• Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms (FinTech / Finance is a big plus)

Product Skills

• Strong ability to break down complex problems into simple, usable solutions

• Proven track record of delivering features end to end

• Comfortable making trade-offs and taking ownership of outcomes

Collaboration & Communication

• Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and structured

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, support)

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Data & Execution

• Strong analytical skills; able to use data to guide decisions

• Experience with product metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience with SaaS product development and launches

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools or concepts (e.g., Zapier, Automation Anywhere) is a plus

• Experience with roadmap planning and stakeholder management
