Job Summary:

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across the company, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers across all departments to understand team needs and deliver high-quality candidates who combine functional expertise with strong communication skills. The Recruiter will play a key role in scaling our global teams and ensuring a high bar for both capability and cultural fit.

 

Essential Functions:

·         Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements for all roles.

·         Develop and refine job descriptions to attract candidates with the right blend of skills and experience for each role.

·         Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates from relevant industries and competitors.

·         Draft compelling job postings and distribute them across targeted digital platforms and professional networks.

·         Build and maintain relationships with specialized recruiting agencies and talent communities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.

·         Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, communication skills, and role fit.

·         Coordinate interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience.

·         Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate negotiation strategies.

·         Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums to build brand awareness and attract top talent.

·         Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

·         Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices.

 

Requirements:

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

·         Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services roles in the software industry (e.g., SaaS, cloud, enterprise software).

·         Familiarity with recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and best practices for hiring in competitive markets.

·         Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards across relevant geographies.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Kula)

 

Required Education/Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

·         3 to 5 years of recruiting experience in the software industry, with well-rounded exposure to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services roles.

·         Experience recruiting for global teams is a plus.
