We serve as the single, integrated front door for comprehensive care, delivering a full continuum of evidence-based solutions, spanning bariatric surgery, pharmacotherapy, and intensive behavioral therapy. This ecosystem includes specialized tools for our providers and a fully accessible Member Portal (web and mobile) for our Members.

The Role:

We are hiring an entrepreneurial enterprise seller to lead direct employer sales. This person will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with mid-market and large self-funded employers.

This is a true hunter role with strong support from Ilant’s broker-consultant relationships and growing inbound demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a pipeline of self-funded employers (5k+ lives)

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, broker engagement, proposal, negotiation, and close

  • Build relationships with HR, benefits leaders, CFOs, and CHROs

  • Partner closely with broker-consultant firms that advise employer clients

  • Educate employers on the clinical and financial impact of obesity care

  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to convert inbound demand

  • Represent Ilant Health at employer and benefits conferences

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Own and lead the employer RFP process end-to-end, including evaluating opportunities, coordinating cross-functional inputs (clinical, product, legal, and finance), developing compelling responses, and delivering high-quality submissions that position Ilant Health competitively with employer and consultant buyers

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years selling digital health or healthcare benefits solutions

  • Proven success selling to self-funded employers

  • Strong relationships with benefits leaders and HR decision-makers Comfortable selling clinical outcomes and ROI

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building a territory Experience partnering with broker-consultants (Mercer, Aon, Lockton, WTW, etc.)
