The Role:
We are seeking a channel sales leader to own relationships with broker-consultant firms and drive employer opportunities through this ecosystem.
This role is highly strategic and relationship-driven, focused on building trust with consultants while converting broker-led opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Build deep partnerships with national and regional broker-consultant firms
Educate consultants on Ilant’s clinical model and outcomes
Identify opportunities within broker client portfolios
Generate and manage broker-led employer opportunities
Conduct consultant training sessions and partner enablement
Collaborate with employer sales teams to close broker-sourced deals
Represent Ilant Health at industry conferences and broker events
Help shape Ilant’s broker strategy and channel growth
Qualifications:
7–12+ years selling into the broker-consultant ecosystem
Deep relationships with firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Lockton, Gallagher
Experience selling employer healthcare solutions
Strong credibility with benefits consultants
Strategic thinker who can mine large consultant portfolios
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building a channel
