The Role:
We are seeking a hunter sales leader to build Ilant Health’s presence across public sector and labor-sponsored health plans.
This role will focus on state and local government employers, unions, and Taft-Hartley funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop pipeline across public sector employers, unions, and Taft-Hartley funds
Build relationships with fund administrators, union leadership, and benefits advisors
Educate labor leaders on the health and financial impact of obesity
Navigate procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision structures
Partner with brokers and consultants advising these funds
Represent Ilant Health at labor and public sector conferences
Build Ilant’s reputation in this specialized market
Qualifications:
7–12+ years selling healthcare solutions to public sector or labor markets
Experience working with Taft-Hartley funds or union benefit plans
Strong understanding of labor governance structures
Proven success navigating complex procurement processes
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a territory from scratch
