The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Reporting & Analytics Senior Associate, to support internal and external reporting initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on producing client-facing deliverables, developing and reporting metrics for performance guarantees, building dashboards, developing data models, and translating complex healthcare data into clear insights and presentations.

This is a highly cross-functional position, working closely with data engineering, analytics leadership, client success, and clinical operations teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning reporting workstreams, contributing to scalable analytics practices, and presenting insights to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain internal dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, analytical models, and recurring reporting assets that support client-facing performance reporting and business reviews. Analyze trends, interpret results, and surface actionable insights for the Reporting & Analytics Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate into external deliverables and customer presentations.

  • Build and maintain data models using dbt within a Snowflake data environment

  • Write advanced SQL queries to support analytics and reporting workflows

  • Support executive and board-level reporting through analysis and visualization

  • Collaborate with client success and operations teams to translate data into actionable insights

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across internal and external reporting outputs

  • Contribute to data governance, documentation, and standardized metric definitions

  • Support regulatory, quality, and compliance reporting requirements as needed

  • Partner with engineering and data teams to improve reporting automation and workflows

  • Technical  Environment

    • Snowflake data warehouse

    • dbt for data modeling and transformation

    • BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Metabase

    • SQL-based analytics workflows

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years  of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or healthcare data roles

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake and dbt

  • Experience building dashboards and automated reporting workflows

  • Familiarity with healthcare data (clinical, claims, patient operations, or revenue cycle preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences

  • Ability to manage multiple reporting workstreams in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working within cross-functional teams

  • Experience supporting external customers, account teams, or client success functions

  • Exposure to healthcare quality metrics, payer reporting, or regulatory reporting

  • Familiarity with EHR data, HL7/FHIR, or healthcare interoperability concepts

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments

  • Background in consulting, customer analytics, or external performance reporting
