We’re looking for Badass Engineer who can take complete ownership of our engineering deliveries and contribute to scale our product at inFeedo. We seek applicants with a passion to learn different technologies, a relentless attitude to juggling multiple problem statements at once, and good communication skills. You will be a part of the engineering team responsible for upgrading Amber at inFeedo.

What will you be doing?

• Work under guidance to support and scale the AI Automation platform’s external integrations.

• Develop and maintain integrations with HRMS systems, notification tools, and other custom client requirements.

• Optimize backend performance using Node.js, MySQL, and Redis.

• Collaborate with the Product and Solutions team to document standard and repeatable integration workflows.

• Maintain a strong focus on the DRY principle, attention to detail, and solid engineering fundamentals in all development work.

We’re Seeking Someone With Experience Including:

• 2+ years as a backend developer.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript & Node.js.

  • Prior experience in system integrations.

  • Hands-on expertise with MySQL (query writing, optimization) and Redis (caching).

  • Familiarity with AWS SQS or other message queue systems.

  • Good understanding of REST APIs and integration workflows.

• Soft Skills:

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.

  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Team player with effective communication.

What are we solving for?

• Ensuring smooth and scalable integrations between the AI Automation platform and multiple external systems (HRMS, notifications, etc.).

• Reducing dependency and workload on the existing integration developer by adding a peer resource.

• Improving speed, reliability, and flexibility of client integrations to meet growing demands.
