Sr. Account Manager

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. You’ll play a key role in collaborating with both our team and our customers to uphold and strengthen our company’s positive reputation.

To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

In This Role, You'll:

  • Own renewals and revenue expansion (up-sell & cross-sell) across your customer accounts, and build your own GTM strategy to unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Own and meet revenue targets while managing revenue forecasts.

  • Analyse key account metrics and generate reports, providing insights to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor the industry landscape (including people, competitors, partners, etc.) to inform the product roadmap and other corporate strategies.

  • Work closely with teams across solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering.

  • Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.

We’re Seeking Someone With Experience Including:

  • 8-10 years in selling and renewing platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS). Brownie points for HR advisory/tech experience.

  • Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies.

  • Proven track record supporting the growth of fast-paced, high-performance organizations, with experience managing $10–20M ARR portfolios

  • Experience working directly with C-level executives.

  • Proficient in communicating technical concepts effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Skilled in gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence (industry, competitor, customer, prospect).
