As a Manager – Finance, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial health and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for reporting, compliance, and partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and scalability.
You will own key finance operations, ensure accuracy and governance across financial processes, and provide insights that help the leadership team make informed decisions. This role is pivotal in strengthening the financial foundation of inFeedo and enabling sustainable growth.

What will you be doing?
Independently manage statutory and tax audits, including preparation of audit schedules, coordination with auditors, timely resolution of audit queries, and closure of observations
Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliances in India, including GST, TDS, PF and related reconciliations
Own end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll validation, statutory deductions, payroll reconciliations, and coordination with HR for changes and approvals
Manage vendor payments and payment planning, including cash-flow coordination, approval tracking, and reconciliation of vendor balances
Own month-end and quarter-end close, including preparation and review of accruals, provisions, and journal entries, ensuring timely and accurate closure
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports, including detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, highlighting key movements and risks
Support US and UAE compliance, including coordination with external consultants, review of filings, and timely sharing of required financial data
Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations, ensuring balances are accurately recorded, and differences are resolved in a timely manner
Maintain strong documentation, controls, and audit readiness
Proactively identify accounting, compliance, or timeline risks and escalate with clear recommendations

Is this you?
• 4–6 years of experience
• Background from Big 4 / Top 10 audit firms
• Strong experience in statutory & tax audit closure is a must
• Comfortable handling auditors independently, owning payroll, tax filings, and payment planning
• Exposure to month-end close, MIS, and variance analysis is an added advantage
• US / UAE compliance exposure is a plus
