Project Manager - Implementations

We’re looking for a Project Manager - Implementations who can bring structure to chaos, keep projects moving without needing reminders, and build strong relationships with customers along the way. You’ll work closely with customers, Product, Engineering, CS, and Sales to launch enterprise accounts successfully and ensure every rollout feels smooth, thoughtful, and well-managed.

This role is based out of Gurgaon with a hybrid setup (minimum 2 days/week from office).

What will you be doing?

  • Owning end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to launch and handover

  • Managing multiple customer launches simultaneously without dropping the ball

  • Running detailed scope discussions with customers and ensuring scope is locked tightly to avoid creep later

  • Understanding customer use cases and consulting them on the best possible solutions/workflows within the product

  • Project managing integrations like HRMS, SSO, SMTP, etc. ( you don't need to code, but you should know what's happening)

  • Driving conversations confidently with senior stakeholders and CXOs, while proactively highlighting risks/delays and keeping everyone accountable

  • Coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, CS, and other internal teams to get things done

  • Creating project plans, tracking milestones, documenting dependencies, and ensuring customers always know where things stand

  • Solving problems proactively before they become escalations

  • Going above and beyond in customer interactions to drive delight, strong relationships, and high NPS

  • Being the person who says “I’ll take care of it” and actually does

What Makes Someone Great for This Role 🚀

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles

  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity without creating panic

  • Excellent communication skills. You can explain technical things simply and business problems clearly

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams

  • High ownership mindset. You follow through without needing constant follow-ups

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with CRM/project management tools and implementation workflows

  • Bonus: Experience working in international markets

  • need constant follow-ups to move things forward

  • get overwhelmed easily when multiple projects run in parallel

We’re looking for people who stay calm, communicate clearly, figure things out as a team, and take ownership without waiting to be asked twice.
