inFeedo is seeking an experienced and driven SaaS Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for engaging and qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated through campaigns, events, webinars, referrals, website inquiries, and other inbound channels.


Your role is to ensure timely follow-up, effective qualification, multi-threading into relevant stakeholders, and a seamless experience for prospective customers throughout the evaluation process.You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify business challenges, understand buying intent, and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

What will you be doing? 

  1. Follow up with inbound leads within defined SLAs.

  2. Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges, priorities, and evaluation criteria.

  3. Qualify prospects based on fit, need, urgency, and stakeholder involvement.

  4. Multi-thread into additional decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

  5. Maintain accurate CRM records and qualification notes.

  6. Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth opportunity handoff.

  7. Deliver a professional and consultative experience for every prospect interaction.

You Might Thrive In This Role If:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  3. Excellent listening and discovery skills.

  4. Highly organized with strong follow-through.

  5. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

  6. Coachable, curious, and eager to learn.

  7. Experience with SaaS, HR Tech, or HubSpot is a plus.
