Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top-tier engineering talent through native sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub, and other technical communities.
Process Ownership: Manage the interview lifecycle, including coordination between candidates and hiring managers, conducting initial screening calls, and facilitating the feedback loop.
Employer Branding & Outreach: Create compelling job postings and manage the recruitment advertising budget to maximize ROI.
University Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local universities, representing Intramotev at career fairs and managing the engineering internship pipeline.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (Kula.AI) and provide regular reporting on hiring metrics to leadership.
Offer Management: Lead the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and the delivery of offer letters.
Onboarding: Support the transition from candidate to teammate by managing the initial onboarding experience.
Future Growth & Career Path:
As Intramotev continues to scale, this role is designed to evolve. We are looking for a candidate who is not only a "doer" but a future leader. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to move into a larger people management role, eventually overseeing broader HR functions, talent strategy, and team leadership as the company grows.

Work directly with the founders and engineering leadership to define hiring needs.
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment that requires adaptability and autonomy.
Contribute to a culture of excellence where talent acquisition is seen as a core competitive advantage.
