Intramotev is seeking an analyst to support Business Development / Commercial functions. This position will play a key role in supporting Intramotev's Commercial efforts at each stage of the sales motion, including lead sourcing, outreach, marketing and selling story creation, business case analysis, and contracting support.
A successful candidate will have some experience through commercial or business internships and the potential to directly own customer relationships in the future.
Position Responsibilities
Support commercial leadership in the sales motion for Intramotev’s TugVolt product
Creating and updating lists of prospects, leads, and grant opportunities
Management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Creating and updating marketing materials and customer selling stories
Creating and updating customer business cases, to include operating simulations and financial models
Presenting materials to customers in direct engagements or at industry events
Represent Intramotev at conferences, within industry organizations, and at customer events
Work across Intramotev to communicate customer and industry feedback to Engineering and Design teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Ability to build and maintain commercial tools, materials, and business cases
Strong understanding of operations and processes and how they translate to business cases / ROIs
Ability to create financial models
Ability to learn railroad operations, use cases, and networks
Ability to understand and convey technically complex product benefits and value propositions in simple terms
Willingness to travel for event support
Self-starter willing to operate independently with autonomy as well as cross-functionally in small teams.
Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree
Typical Education and Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 0-2 or more years' related work experience.
Working location:
This position is in-person and based in St. Louis, MO.
