About the Team:

Our Revenue Operations, Strategy and Enablement organization is designed as a unified, end-to-end revenue engine — aligning Strategy, Operations, Systems, and Enablement across the full customer lifecycle. We have eliminated traditional Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Ops silos and replaced them with clear ownership across planning, execution, and infrastructure, within our GTM operating model.

The Revenue Operations pillar owns how our revenue engine operates day-to-day. We are the team that translates business needs into operational solutions — defining the processes, workflows, and lifecycle structures that power scalable, efficient GTM execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

About the Role:

Invoca is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the core, day-to-day operations that keep our pre-sale organization running smoothly and scaling effectively. This role sits at the center of how Sales, Revenue Systems, and our AI team work together — you'll be the person who understands how leads flow, how pipeline moves, how data connects across our GTM stack, and where the friction is.

You'll partner closely with Sales leadership to support forecasting, pipeline hygiene, reporting, and process governance, while working hand-in-hand with Revenue Systems to maintain and evolve the tools and data infrastructure that power our funnel. You'll also collaborate with our AI team to identify where automation and AI-driven workflows can remove manual work and improve seller productivity. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning the operational fundamentals while also designing and building scalable processes that support Invoca's growth.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of  Revenue Operations and Enablement, and partners closely across Sales, Marketing, GTM Systems and Customer Success.

You Will:

  • Own core, day-to-day Revenue Operations functions across the pre-sale funnel, including pipeline management, forecasting support, reporting, data hygiene, and process governance.

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support forecast cadences, pipeline reviews, and territory and quota operations, surfacing insights that help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.

  • Design and build scalable processes across the pre-sale organization — from lead routing and account assignment to opportunity stage management and hand-off workflows — that improve seller productivity and support the business as it grows.

  • Partner with the Revenue Systems team to maintain, troubleshoot, and evolve the Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent GTM tools, ensuring data integrity and system reliability across the funnel.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a related function, within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on experience owning day-to-day RevOps processes — pipeline management, forecasting support, lead routing, territory or account operations, and reporting.

  • A track record of designing and implementing scalable processes that hold up as an organization grows, not just point-in-time fixes.

  • Strong Salesforce proficiency and comfort working with GTM systems and data; experience partnering with a Revenue Systems or Business Systems team is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with our core GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Gumloop (or comparable AI workflow automation tools).

  • Hands-on AI fluency — able to independently build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations, not just evaluate or direct others to do so; brings both a strategic point of view on where AI applies and the technical capability to prove it out themselves.

  • Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment — you can turn data and field feedback into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills, with the ability to build trust with sellers, Sales leadership, and technical partners alike.

  • A hands-on, detail-oriented operating style, with the ability to move fluidly between the day-to-day and larger strategic initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
