About the Team:

Our Legal team supports Invoca's growth by managing the contracts, processes,

and data that keep our commercial engine running smoothly. We partner closely

with Sales, Finance, Security, Customer Success, and Product to structure deals,

manage risk, and ensure our AI-powered products are contracted and governed

responsibly. We value accuracy, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach to

solving problems across the business

About the Role:

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support the

day-to-day execution of our contracting process. Reporting to the Contract the

Senior Director, Legal, you'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and

processing customer and vendor agreements, keeping our contract systems

accurate and up to date, and helping Sales and Legal move deals through the

pipeline efficiently. This is an individual contributor role, and a great opportunity

for someone early-to-mid career in contracts, legal operations, or sales operations

who wants to build deep expertise in SaaS and AI commercial agreements.

You Will:

  • Prepare and generate standard contracts, order forms, NDAs, and amendments from approved templates.

  • Perform first-pass review of incoming contracts and redlines, flagging non-standard terms or deviations from the playbook for escalation.

  • Route contracts through internal review and approval workflows (Legal, Finance, Security, Deal Desk) and track status to keep deals on schedule.

  • Manage contract execution via e-signature platforms and ensure fully executed agreements are properly filed.

  • Maintain the contract repository with accurate metadata, including key dates, renewal terms, pricing, and obligations.

  • Respond to internal requests for contract lookups, summaries, or status updates from the business.

  • Support basic data privacy and security documentation requests, such as DPAs and security questionnaires, under guidance from Legal.

  • Help maintain and update contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks, including AI-specific terms such as data usage, model training, and IP.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and support initiatives to improve contracting speed and accuracy.

  • Assist with special projects such as audits, due diligence, or contract migrations

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, sales operations, or a paralegal role, ideally at a SaaS or technology company.

  • Familiarity with standard SaaS commercial terms, such as subscriptions, order forms, and SLAs, is a plus.

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad and e-signature platforms (DocuSign)preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with a high volume of documents and competing deadlines.

  • Strong written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when working with internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000

  • Variable Compensation: Bonus and/or commission eligibility, where applicable.

  • Equity: All employees are invited to share in Invoca's success through our stock option program.

*Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, skills, and location.
