About the Team:

Our Revenue Operations team is the engine behind our go-to-market success: a cross-functional squad committed to tackling complex challenges head-on and accelerating business growth. We partner closely across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline processes, implement innovative systems, and drive efficiencies. We thrive on collaboration, leaning on each other's expertise to figure it out, and we embrace extreme ownership, ensuring every project is delivered with accountability and excellence.

About the Role:

As our Senior GTM AI Architect, you will own the data that powers Invoca's go-to-market engine. You are an expert in enrichment and data architecture who can take fragmented, broken data across multiple platforms and turn it into a clean, trusted master dataset. You know the limitations of every data provider and GTM tool, and you know how to work around them. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Systems, Data & AI, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and our Salesforce team so our CRM, tools, and AI agents run on data we can trust.

You Will:

  • Fix broken data structures: diagnose messy account hierarchies, duplicate records, and inconsistent fields, then design and execute the path to a clean, scalable structure

  • Own the master dataset: define source-of-truth rules and maintain a golden record for accounts and contacts across Salesforce and connected systems

  • Resolve identity across sources: align ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce so we know we are talking about the same person and the same company

  • Be our ZoomInfo expert: get the most out of ZoomInfo despite product limitations, including tracking contacts as they move from company to company and keeping account and contact records current

  • Run enrichment at scale: design enrichment routines, match logic, waterfalls, and refresh cadence using ZoomInfo, Clay, and other providers

  • Use AI to clean and enrich data: apply AI tools and agents to fix broken records, standardize fields, and fill data gaps at scale

  • Complete CRM data from conversations: use Gong data to fill gaps in contacts, roles, buying groups, and opportunity details in Salesforce

  • Shape our data architecture: partner on how a data lake and data warehouse fit into the GTM stack, and how data flows between them, Salesforce, and our tools

  • Manage data operations: lead large data loads, merges, mass updates, and list builds for campaigns and territory changes

  • Own the data tools: administer and optimize ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Clay, including configuration, credit usage, match rates, and integration health with Salesforce

  • Build the AI data foundation: structure the data our AI agents and automations rely on, from account signals to ICP and scoring inputs

  • Measure data health: track coverage, accuracy, and freshness, and report on progress with clear metrics

You Have:

  • 5+ years in GTM data, revenue operations, or data operations roles in B2B SaaS

  • Deep, hands-on experience enriching data at scale and understanding complex data structures

  • Expert-level ZoomInfo experience, including its limitations and the workarounds to make it deliver

  • Hands-on experience building waterfall enrichment in Clay

  • Must have experience using AI to clean, fix, and enrich datasets

  • Proven track record of turning broken data structures into clean, governed ones

  • Experience with entity resolution, matching, and deduplication across multiple data sources

  • Understanding of data lake and data warehouse concepts and how they support a master dataset

  • Experience using conversation intelligence data (Gong or similar) to enrich CRM records

  • Advanced Salesforce data management experience (Data Loader, DemandTools, or similar) and strong SQL/SOQL and reporting skills

  • Salesforce Admin Certification are a plus

  • Curiosity about AI and how clean data enables agents and automation

  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong ownership and comfort in a fast-paced environment
