The Opportunity
In your role as an Account Executive, you will drive the sales process in a performance-based environment and collaborate with prospective customers to uncover how they can leverage the Iru platform to unify identity, endpoint and compliance functions under one AI-powered system. By consistently delivering exceptional results, you will help evangelize Iru in the market and advance our mission of collapsing the tool-stack so IT and security teams gain time, control and a single view across users, apps and devices.
What You'll Do
Sales Execution: Drive sales in the lower end of the market, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses with more transactional sales cycles; close deals quickly and efficiently, ensuring a steady flow of new business
Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing; ensure that all opportunities are effectively managed and moved through the sales process promptly
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and position Iru's solutions as the best fit for their IT management requirements
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Iru's products and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings; use this knowledge to effectively communicate Iru's value proposition to prospects
Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights; provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, transactional sales environment within the SaaS or IT management industry
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals quickly and efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their business needs
Familiarity with IT management solutions or the ability to quickly learn and understand technical products
