We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Demand Generation Manager to lead our demand generation efforts at Iru. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand generation with a strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation tactics. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Develop and execute strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth
Develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
Analyze complex data to drive business growth
Execute A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies to optimize campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
5+ years of experience in demand generation with a strong background in marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation tactics
Proven track record of success in driving qualified leads and revenue growth with a strong understanding of metrics and data analysis
Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven strategies to drive business growth
Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation to optimize marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
