As a Senior Product Manager (Product Marketing) at Journi, you’ll play a key role in shaping our products and driving meaningful impact for our customers. You’ll be part of our Growth cross-functional team, working on our shop, checkout, payments, and marketing-related features across our app and web platform, helping to optimize the journey from browsing to purchase for our users.

🚀 What you'll do

• Take ownership of our product development process and guide a Growth cross-functional team to success

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and market landscape to stay ahead of the competition

• Collaborate closely with other teams to define OKRs and set ambitious yet achievable product milestones

• Identify opportunities for improvements based on customer insights, market trends, and company goals

• Plan and document features and experiments to continuously optimize our product

• Work with designers to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience

• Partner with engineers and stakeholders (such as Marketing) to gather technical requirements and estimate efforts

• Drive product implementation, track progress, and analyze outcomes to ensure continuous improvement

• Serve as the champion for your product area, maintaining a clear and compelling product vision aligned with business objectives, and advocate for it across the organization

🎒 Your bag of tricks

• Passion for mobile & web technology, with a strong interest in photo/printing/blogging apps

• 4+ years of experience in product management, in digital products, or app development

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal

• Excellent understanding of UX design principles and the ability to work with UI/UX designers

• A self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining a strategic outlook and diving into the details when needed

• Able to work hands-on with a CMS, to bring your product concept to life

• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Asana, experience with FigJam and Figma

• You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating
