As a Product Manager at Journi, you’ll play a key role in shaping our products and driving meaningful impact for our customers. You’ll be part of our Growth cross-functional team, working on our shop, checkout, payments, and marketing-related features across our app and web platform - helping optimize the journey from browsing to purchase for millions of users worldwide.

➤ YOUR MISSION

Work full-time (38.5 h/w) and be part of a passionate, motivated, and international team with a start-up spirit
Take ownership of our product development process and guide a Growth cross-functional team to success.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and market landscape to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate closely with other teams to define OKRs and set ambitious yet achievable product milestones.
Identify opportunities for improvements based on customer insights, market trends, and company goals.
Plan and document features and experiments to continuously optimize our product.
Work with designers to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.
Partner with engineers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and estimate efforts.
Drive product implementation, track progress, and analyze outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
Be the advocate for your product area, keeping a strong focus on product vision.
Align this product vision with business objectives and champion it across the company.

➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

Passion for mobile & web technology, with a strong interest in photo/printing/blogging apps
4+ years of experience in product management, in digital products, or app development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.
Excellent understanding of UX design principles and the ability to work with UI/UX designers.
A self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining a strategic outlook and diving into the details when needed.
Able to work hands-on with a CMS, to bring your product concept to life.
A team player who inspires and motivates others to achieve their best work.
You’re constantly learning, open to feedback, and ready to challenge the status quo.
EU citizenship or a valid work visa for Austria (we’re unable to provide sponsorship at this time).
Willingness to relocate to Vienna or already based here - because who wouldn’t want to live in the world’s most liveable city?
