We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design, pushes boundaries, and brings fresh ideas that challenge the status quo. If you're passionate, innovative, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!

🚀 What You Will Do

➤ YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design of CRM sales newsletters and Meta Ads, ensuring visually compelling and conversion-driven layouts.

  • Take full ownership of design projects from concept to execution, with minimal supervision.

  • Develop creative solutions that challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of traditional design.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, UA, Product, Media design) to align design with business goals and brand guidelines.

  • Build and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

🎯 Your Bag of Tricks

  • Proven Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in typography, layout design, and visual communication, with extensive experience in print & digital design for B2C companies (CRM newsletters, Meta Ads, Flyers etc.).

  • 6+ years of experience: At least 6 years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Formal Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage and deliver projects independently, with little oversight or daily guidance, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Passion for Design: A genuine passion for graphic design, continuously exploring new trends, techniques, and technologies, and leveraging them to improve design outcomes.

  • Mastery of Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) and Figma.

  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills (English is a must), capable of clearly articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

  • You are permitted to work in the EU/Austria

  • You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city!

➤ NICE-TO-HAVES (but not required)

  • Art direction for campaigns and photography

  • Mentoring junior and mid-level designers

  • Motion design skills (After-effects)
