We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design, pushes boundaries, and brings fresh ideas that challenge the status quo.

Design of CRM sales newsletters and Meta Ads, ensuring visually compelling and conversion-driven layouts
Take full ownership of design projects from concept to execution, with minimal supervision
Develop creative solutions that challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of traditional design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, UA, Product, Media design) to align design with business goals and brand guidelines
Build and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints
Proven expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in typography, layout design, and visual communication, with extensive experience in print & digital design for B2C companies (CRM newsletters, Meta Ads, Flyers, etc.)
6+ years of experience: At least 6 years of professional graphic design experience
Formal Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
Self-starter: Ability to manage and deliver projects independently, with little oversight or daily guidance, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Process optimization mindset: Ability to proactively identify, optimize, and streamline design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams. Experience evaluating existing systems, implementing new tools, and refining methods to consistently enhance project delivery and quality.
Passion for design: A genuine passion for graphic design, continuously exploring new trends, techniques, and technologies, and leveraging them to improve design outcomes
Mastery of tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) and Figma
Effective communicator: Strong communication skills (English is a must), capable of clearly articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating
Art direction for campaigns and photography
Mentoring junior and mid-level designers
Motion design skills (After-effects)
