We’re looking for a native social video creator to take our profiles to the next level. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager and UGC Partnerships Manager, owning video production from idea to final cut and supporting creator collaborations when needed.

🚀 What you'll do

• Create end-to-end video content for social media - from idea to shooting, editing, and delivery (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), turning trends into on-brand, high-performing content

• Plan and execute content shoots independently or with the team, aligning closely with the Social Media Manager on strategy and campaigns

• Assist with UGC and creator-led content, including briefing creators, coordinating production, and helping ensure quality

• Stay up to date on social trends, formats, and platform updates, and contribute ideas for new content

🎒 Your bag of tricks

• You have hands-on experience creating and editing video content for social media and are confident shooting content yourself (with a phone or camera)

• You’re comfortable using video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

• You’re curious about and open to using AI tools in creative workflows (NanoBanana Pro, Midjourney, Kling 2.6/3.0, Higgsfield, etc.)

• You have a good understanding of what performs on social media and an eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling

• You keep up with trends and enjoy experimenting with new formats

• You are organized and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks while working closely with a team

• You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating

• Experience growing and managing a social media profile

• Experience working with creators or managing UGC collaborations

• Basic knowledge of social media performance metrics

• Familiarity with design tools or motion graphics beyond basic editing
