We are looking for a support hero to join our Customer Happiness team as a Technical Customer Service Agent!


🚀 What you'll do

  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving technical questions and issues efficiently, with a focus on kindness, empathy, and solution-oriented communication

  • Troubleshoot technical and user-related issues, providing guidance on app features and functionality

  • Investigate bugs and work closely with our product and development teams to find lasting solutions

  • Use data and user feedback to create helpful guides that make our support even better

  • Share your fresh ideas to help us improve our processes and reach our team goals every day


🎒 Your bag of tricks

  • You’re a great communicator in English who can make complex topics feel simple and easy to understand. Additional languages are a plus

  • You’re a curious and patient problem-solver who writes in a structured and engaging way

  • You have experience in technical support and feel right at home working alongside developers, product managers, and support teams

  • You’ve used support tools like Zendesk, including workflow optimization and ticket management, and Jira to keep track of bugs and stay organized

  • You have an analytical mind and a structured approach, with a natural curiosity to find out "why" something isn't working

  • You're a patient problem-solver who isn't afraid to try creative solutions to help a user out

  • You are self-driven, eager to learn, and value constructive feedback

  • You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating
