We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to help fuel our next stage of growth.

🚀 What you'll do

• Be a role-model operator: run ads across assigned markets and channels, optimising for scale, efficiency, and strong profitable growth

• Manage 6-figure monthly acquisition budgets and use your analytical skills to drive improvements across CPI, CPP, ROAS

• Disseminate knowledge, experience, and ideas across the UA team to support growth across markets and channels

• Organise UA’s asset needs and be the PoC for the Media Design Lead

• Be an in-house channel expert: make sure we’re fully leveraging our opportunities for growth

• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Brand, and CRM to build a cohesive user journey from first click to purchase

• Take initiative on broader growth and marketing projects that naturally arise in a fast-moving scale-up

🎒 Your bag of tricks

• 3+ years in user acquisition

• Proven experience with 6-figure monthly budgets and independently driving profitable growth across Meta and Google

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into fast, confident decisions

• Comfort with BI tools (ideally Tableau) and AI tools (like Claude) for analysis

• Experience working in a start-up / scale-up environment

• You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating

🔥 Nice-to-haves

• Experience driving growth with TikTok or Pinterest (or other paid channels)

• Success improving conversion on App Store / Play Store / website landing pages (including Custom Product Pages / Custom Store Listings)

• Native-level fluency in additional languages (especially German, Italian, or Spanish)
