🚀 What you'll do

• Design visually appealing CRM sales newsletters, Meta Ads and social media posts.

• Manage design projects from concept through final delivery, working under the guidance of the Graphic Design Lead and collaborating closely with the team.

• Develop creative design solutions that align with the brand and push the status quo.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, User Acquisition, Social Media and Product) to align designs with business goals and brand consistency.

• Ensure consistency across visual touchpoints by following our brand guidelines.

• Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, and workflows to improve your work and grow as a designer.

🎒 Your bag of tricks

• Strong portfolio demonstrating solid skills in typography, layout design, and visual communication, with experience in both print and digital design for B2C companies (CRM newsletters, Meta Ads, flyers, etc.).

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time

• Passion for graphic design and curiosity for new trends, tools, and technologies.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating
