Build contextual CRM touch points like in-app banners, embedded messaging, and behavioral shop personalization
Run A/B tests to boost retention and engagement, and turn results into concrete improvements
Define how personalization impact gets measured and what initiatives are main revenue drivers
Work functionally to strengthen the CRM data foundation for smarter segmentation and personalization
Support execution of global sales CRM campaigns, particularly during peak seasons
Minimum 3 years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally in a B2C app, subscription, or e-commerce/D2C environment
Hands-on experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
Track record designing and running behavior-triggered, segmented lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, upsell)
Experience with A/B testing and content-driven optimization along the customer journey
Comfort working with data: campaign performance analytics, defining segmentation logic, behavioural data exploration
Strong team and cross-functional collaborator, working well in a fast-paced open feedback environment
Analytical mindset paired with strong execution — can easily move from strategy to hands-on campaign build
Excellent written and oral communication in English (native/C2 level)
You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating
Experience with consumer apps and embedded/in-product messaging (in-app banners, behavioral shop personalization, dynamic content)
Experience building or scaling a personalization framework from a lower-maturity baseline
Exposure to global or multi-market CRM campaigns
SQL or similar query skills for self-serve segmentation/analysis
