We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Engagement & Retention Manager to join our CRM Team to plan and manage the global one-time-campaigns (include nurturing, inspirational and educational campaigns), from ideation, set-up and creative copy-writing, to timely execution, analysis and performance improvement through experimentation. You combine attention to detail with a growing analytical and creative skill set -turning campaign execution into real impact on engagement and purchase behaviour of our customers.


🚀 What you'll do

  • Build, QA, and deploy OTC and sales campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging

  • Set up templates, segment audiences, and check links and translations before every launch

  • Run A/B tests, pull performance reports, pitch ideas for future tests and optimize performance of campaigns based on insights

  • Analyze campaign and sales data to surface insights and share them with the team

  • Work closely with other CRM managers, graphic designers and Influencer marketing team to align on creative asset timing, generate campaign ideas, and do quarterly OTC campaign planning

  • Write engaging, on-brand copy and subject lines that drive opens and clicks

  • Support execution of global sales CRM campaigns, particularly during peak seasons

  • Track competitor CRM activity and turn it into fresh ideas for our own campaigns


🎒 Your bag of tricks

  • 2 years experience working in a marketing role in e-commerce, subscription or D2C environments

  • Basic understanding of segmentation logic or lifecycle marketing concepts

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German (Native or C2 level), with a knack for copywriting (e-mail content, in-app messages, banners, etc.)

  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to read campaign performance and draw basic conclusions

  • Strong attention to detail, structured working approach and ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks — can manage multiple priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to structure information and present it well to the stakeholders

  • A proactive, curious mindset, with high eagerness to learn

  • You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating


🔥 Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with consumer apps

  • Exposure to global or multi-market CRM campaigns

  • Other European languages are a plus

  • Prior experience running A/B tests

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience in user, competitor or market research .
