Customer Engagement & Retention Intern

Job type: Internship · Department: Marketing · Work type: Hybrid

Vienna, Vienna, Austria

We love the magic of memory keeping

At Journi, we’re on a mission to build the world’s most-downloaded printing app.

With over 10 million users worldwide, we help people turn their favorite moments into beautifully designed Photo Books and Prints. Our smart AI makes the process fast, simple, and joyful, so our users can spend less time editing and more time reliving their best stories.

🥁 About the internship

Join our CRM team and help engage and develop our customers of the world’s leading printing app through lifecycle and sales campaigns. As an intern, you'll work hands-on on building our lifecycle and sales campaigns - setting them up, testing them, and making sure everything is correct before it reaches millions of our users. You'll work alongside experienced CRM managers who'll teach you the strategy behind what you're building.

Please note: The internship duration is 12 months. This position offers flexible hours (24 to 38.5 hours/week), except during our peak selling season in October and November, where full-time hours (38.5/week) are required. Outside of these months, part-time hours are possible again.

This role is open to students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to grow their marketing skills in a campaigning environment. We are unable to sponsor visas for this internship. Candidates must already have a valid EU work permit and be based in Vienna. 24 hours per week is the minimum weekly working hours for this internship. If you are on a student visa, you can only do 20 hours per week, which is not possible.
