ABOUT THE ROLE
Linkby is expanding its East Coast footprint and we are looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager to join our North American team, based in Canada (with a Toronto or Vancouver preference).
This is a full-cycle role. You will prospect and close new brand and agency partners, onboard them onto Linkby's cost-per-click publisher platform, and own those relationships long-term through account management, retention, and upsell.
Part of what makes this role exciting is what you will be selling. Linkby is not catching up to this shift. We are leading it. You will be working with advertisers at the forefront of AI Visibility, helping them understand and act on a category that most of the market is still figuring out.
Remote role with occasional team WeWork days. Open to candidates based anywhere in Canada.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect, pitch, and close new brand advertisers and agency partners across North America
- Generate and nurture leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and your existing network
- Onboard new partners and become their primary point of contact and platform expert
- Own ongoing account relationships, including campaign performance, retention, and upsell
- Attend industry events, brand marketing meetups, and networking functions
- Take ownership of quarterly revenue KPIs across your full book of business
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in partnerships, sales, or account management within digital media, adtech, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or publishing
- An existing network of brand marketers and/or agency contacts
- Full-cycle experience: comfortable both hunting new business and managing accounts post-close
- Self-starter mentality with the discipline to own your pipeline and performance remotely
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, CPC models, or publisher content partnerships is a plus
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $85,000-$105,000 base salary, based on experience
- Quarterly variable compensation tied to KPIs, plus uncapped commission for top performers
