Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager owns LionsBot’s Global end-to-end digital demand engine. This role is responsible for driving predictable, high-quality leads across multiple regions and languages to support Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) and Sales teams worldwide. By translating global strategy into regional campaigns, digital programs, and multi-channel initiatives, the manager ensures optimal conversion from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) while maintaining data-driven decision making and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic, and results-driven marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and enjoys partnering closely with ISR and Sales teams to drive measurable pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Lead Generation

  • Define and lead global digital marketing and campaign strategy to drive high-quality MQLs and improve MQL → Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion

  • Translate global marketing priorities into relevant campaigns that resonate with decision-makers

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns: paid media, SEO, email, content syndication, and landing pages

  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Investment (ROI)

Website & SEO Performance

  • Own global website performance, ensuring traffic growth, engagement, and lead capture

  • Optimize SEO strategy to support lead generation and top-of-funnel growth

  • Ensure content is accurate, localized, and aligned to Lionsbot’s story

Data, Analytics & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance, lead flow, and funnel metrics

  • Ensure CRM and marketing automation data integrity (HubSpot) to facilitate ISR and Sales follow-up

  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to optimize campaigns and ROI

ISR & Sales Collaboration

  • Partner with ISR and Sales leadership to align digital marketing initiatives with sales territory plans and account strategies

  • Provide timely, high-quality leads to ISR and Sales teams, ensuring follow-up efficiency

  • Collaborate to identify and troubleshoot funnel gaps, nurturing strategies, and lead quality issues

Global & Multi-Language Execution

  • Manage campaigns across multiple regions and languages

  • Coordinate with translation agencies, localization teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure regional relevance

  • Maintain consistency in global messaging while respecting local nuances

Qualifications

Education & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

·        5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation

·        Proven experience leading and mentoring a team

·        Experience working in an International company

Technical Skills

  • CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)

  • Paid media platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising

  • SEO, website management, and content optimization

  • Dashboard creation for campaign and funnel analytics

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including multi-language collaboration
