Sales Manager (Japan)

The Sales Manager (Japan) is responsible for expanding LionsBot’s market presence through strategic channel management and direct engagement with key accounts. This role balances the support of our existing dealer network with the identification of new partners to establish LionsBot as the leading brand for autonomous cleaning solutions in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic dealers to expand market coverage. Provide high-quality sales training to dealer teams to ensure brand and technical alignment.

  • Account Management: Build relationships with senior decision-makers in large commercial enterprises and government organizations to position LionsBot for large-scale tenders.

  • Sales Execution: Lead product demonstrations and follow-up meetings with potential clients to drive conversion. Coordinate with marketing to execute localized campaigns and events.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide structured feedback to the Singapore product team to ensure our solutions meet Japanese market needs.

  • Representation: Represent LionsBot at industry trade shows and networking events to build the company’s local ecosystem and professional network.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of business development or channel management experience, ideally within the technology, robotics, or industrial cleaning sectors.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to engage C-suite executives and navigate complex procurement or tender processes.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to analyze market data and translate technical AI/robotics features into clear business value for clients.

  • Language: Professional fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory for local execution and HQ reporting.

  • Mindset: Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
