Job summary:

CDMs own new dealer recruitment to sign new qualified dealers across all European territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Recruitment Volume: Ensure target numbers of new dealers signed; each meets minimum tier requirements with committed PO

  • Pipeline Management: Manage prospects in CRM; and conversion rate from first meeting to signed

  • Competitive Intelligence: Complete map of dealer-Chinese brand relationships

Requirement:

  • Proven track record of signing new dealer/distribution partnerships from scratch (not managing existing). 

  • Proven track record of new agreements personally sourced and closed.

  • Tracks activity obsessively: knows outreach volume, meeting count, conversion rates daily.

  • Documents handoffs cleanly: signed dealer handed off with complete documentation.

  • Able to adapt to different cultures and practices.

  • 3- 7 years B2B business development or channel recruitment

  • Eastern European base; cleaning or industrial tech preferred.

  • Proficiency in English + German/French language is highly advantageous.
