Job summary:
CDMs own new dealer recruitment to sign new qualified dealers across all European territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Recruitment Volume: Ensure target numbers of new dealers signed; each meets minimum tier requirements with committed PO
Pipeline Management: Manage prospects in CRM; and conversion rate from first meeting to signed
Competitive Intelligence: Complete map of dealer-Chinese brand relationships
Requirement:
Proven track record of signing new dealer/distribution partnerships from scratch (not managing existing).
Proven track record of new agreements personally sourced and closed.
Tracks activity obsessively: knows outreach volume, meeting count, conversion rates daily.
Documents handoffs cleanly: signed dealer handed off with complete documentation.
Able to adapt to different cultures and practices.
3- 7 years B2B business development or channel recruitment
Eastern European base; cleaning or industrial tech preferred.
Proficiency in English + German/French language is highly advantageous.
