Job summary:
For Deployment and troubleshooting the robots in the allocated service region
Attending Trails/Demo along with sales team
Making sure PM is done on time
This role is remote in Germany (Hamburg/Frankfurt/Munich/Dortmund)- reporting to LionsBot Europe in Netherlands
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support for LionsBot autonomous cleaning robots deployed in various commercial settings across allotted region, including but not limited to Commissioning of robots on site with the creation of maps, establishment of cleaning zones as well as the functional calibrating and testing of the robots.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robots to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
On-Site Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions on-site.
Software Updates: Assist in updating robot software and ensuring all features are up to date.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users to maximize the effective use of the cleaning robots.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, client interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the LionsBot technical support team and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on robot performance and maintenance activities to the LionsBot Europe
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Technician
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service management, preferably in robotics or automated systems.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience servicing machinery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
