Head of Channel Development

Role Purpose:

Channel Development Head owns dealer network growth and discipline across Europe and Asia to deliver active, performing dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Recruitment: Recruit active dealers across Europe and Asia.

  • Dealer Tier System: Tier system fully operational: monthly scorecards, quarterly reviews, tier upgrades/downgrades executed

  • Dealer Performance Management: Ensure dealers meeting minimum PO commitments.

  • Team Build-Out: Director of Channels (Fixer), 2x CDMs, Partner Enablement, Channel Ops all hired and productive

Required Qualifications:

  • Direct experience building and managing a tiered dealer/distributor program for a Chinese or Asian technology company expanding into Europe. Must have managed high volume dealer relationships using data-driven scorecards.

  • Chinese national or ethnic Chinese with Huawei/Xiaomi/Lenovo/Hikvision channel backgrounds; 5-10 years building European dealer networks for an Asian company; cleaning equipment, building technology, or industrial IoT preferred.

  • Manages by data, not relationships: describes channel health in KPIs, not anecdotes. Recites dealer scorecard metrics from memory.

  • Bridges Chinese intensity with European diplomacy: pushes dealers hard while maintaining culturally appropriate communication.

  • Operates at high speed: Able to bring in new dealers.

    Working location: Changi ( will move to Punggol from early May 2026)
