You are the founding leader of AI enablement and technology at LionsBot. Your primary mission: make AI a force multiplier across every function — Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Service, and Marketing — by building and deploying AI agents, automation workflows, and intelligent tools that save thousands of hours annually. Your secondary mission: ensure robust IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance through smart vendor management and a lean team. You build AI with your hands. You oversee IT with your brain.

Key Responsibilities

•        Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows across all business functions

•        Build and maintain the company AI platform

•        Evangelise AI adoption: training, demos, show-and-tells, self-service tools, capabilities catalogue

•        Establish AI governance: data classification, approved models, usage logging, cost controls

•        Oversee IT infrastructure through an IT Manager and vendor/MSP relationships

•        Own cybersecurity posture through partnership: endpoint protection, vulnerability management

•        Drive SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 readiness through automated compliance platforms

•        Manage GDPR compliance and DPO function (internal or external)

•        Build a small, high-leverage AI & Technology team (2–3 direct reports + vendors)

Required Qualifications

•        5–10 years experience with 2–3 years focused on AI/automation

•        Portfolio of 5+ AI workflows/agents personally built and deployed in production

•        Self-taught in agentic AI, MCP, prompt engineering, vibe coding

•        Working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001) at decision-maker level

•        Vendor management and budget allocation experience

•        Startup or scale-up experience (100–500 employees)

•        Based in Singapore or willing to relocate
