Key Responsibilities
Deployment: Commission and set up robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation.
Servicing: Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
User Training: Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
Remote Support: Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
Cross Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns. Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team.
Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years in technical support or servicing, in robotics or automation.
Candidates with no prior experience but can demonstrate strong character, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
