Welcome to Maisa – Making AI Accountable!

Maisa is building the next generation of Agentic Process Automation, helping enterprises automate complex, decision-heavy processes that traditional automation can’t handle and GenAI alone can’t be trusted with. Our platform combines AI-driven reasoning with deterministic execution, enabling reliable, auditable, and enterprise-ready AI systems.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work at the heart of our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to support one of Europe’s most exciting AI companies during a pivotal stage of growth.

What you'll do

  • Act as right-hand support to the CEO, with additional coordination across the executive leadership team

  • Protect leadership time by managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars, priorities, and high-volume inboxes with autonomy

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visa logistics

  • Prepare briefing notes, board materials, presentations, agendas, and meeting follow-ups

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead high-impact operational and strategic projects on behalf of the executive team

  • Support employer branding and culture by co-leading engagement events, offsites, and milestone celebrations

  • Be a key presence in our offices, working on-site when needed

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or C-level executives in a high-growth startup, scale-up, technology company, consulting environment, or fast-paced corporate setting

  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, constantly-changing environments with ambiguity and urgency

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise

  • Strong prioritisation instincts — you know what matters, what can wait, and what needs action now

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional when handling sensitive information

  • Solutions-oriented: you flag problems with recommendations, not just issues

  • Passionate about people, culture, and building something meaningful

  • Valencia-based preferred. Exceptional candidates based in Madrid or Barcelona will also be considered

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation package

  • Opportunity to work directly with founders and senior leadership

  • High ownership, visibility, and impact across the business

  • International team working at the frontier of AI

  • A key role in shaping our Valencia hub and company culture

  • The chance to help build the future of agentic process automation
