The Role

You are a hands-on product designer who enjoys shaping products end-to-end: from research and ideation to delivery. You bring strong visual and interaction design skills together with solid product thinking, and you're comfortable crafting great user experiences in complex digital environments. Reporting to the VP of Product and working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will:

• Design intuitive, visually polished experiences across our products, maintaining consistency and quality.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user needs and business goals into impactful product designs.

• Work in Figma to create concepts, mockups, high-fidelity designs, and UI components.

• Build prototypes using AI dev tools.

• Contribute to and help evolve our design system, guidelines, and processes so they scale across products.

• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our user experience.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills, alongside solid product thinking and a thoughtful design process

• Expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of design systems, interaction patterns, and responsive design

• Experience working as a designer who thinks like a product manager, comfortable with priorities and trade-offs

• Proven ability to talk to customers, run discovery, and turn insights into shipped solutions

• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and validation

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering on QA, feasibility, and delivery

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating elegant, user-centered solutions

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift rapidly
